How to Make DIY Wrapping Paper
Forgot to grab gift wrap at the store? Only have that weird one from Christmas? No worries.
Creating DIY gift wrap is simple & beautiful with a single flower stamp, fast-drying StazOn ink and just a few minutes of inky goodness.
Best of all, it's EASY, handmade and super impressive!
My mission: to create beautiful packaging ideas to inspire you
& really wow your friends + family.
Let’s dive in…
Easy DIY Floral Gift Wrap
Supplies*:
Box w/ your gift
Floral stamp by Modern Maker Stamps
StazOn ink pad in Jet Black
I said these projects would be simple and I promise they are truly simple.
Here are the steps, if you haven't already guessed them.
Roll out kraft paper larger than what you’ll need.
Stamp your flower all over the paper using your StazOn ink pad. It’ll dry fast.
(Don’t worry about making it perfect! Perfect is boring. Imperfect proves its handmade!)Tie up your package with twine.
That's it! Your packaging is dressed to impress!
Some Fun Extras for you Expert-Level-Gifters:
One of my favorites: If you have someone you gift to often (like your kids or Momma!), grab a custom name or initials stamp to add in between your flowers.
Own an Etsy shop or Creative biz? Add a custom logo stamp & use this pretty patterned paper as a special extra to your extra-special customers! You can see a similar project specifically for small biz packaging here.
